Reason #9: Freedom
Once while taking an early morning walk in Philadelphia,
I came across a striking sculpture by Zenos Frudakas. In front is
a person in open stride, arms outstretched, face raised toward the sky. Behind this person are four vertical tombs. One is empty--the
freed soul has just emerged. In the others, three more
beings are coming out.
Instantly, I marveled, "What a picture of freedom!"
Then I saw the writing in the empty tomb where a head
once rested: "Stand here." The artist didn't stop at expressing
freedom; he wanted viewers to experience it. I walked
into the empty space and stood still. Then I took a
delightful step into freedom.
Through morning prayer and reflection, we can experience
meaningful and memorable moments of soulful liberation.
Freed persons are the most powerful people on earth.

3. Testimony
"Thank you for Morning B.R.E.W.!! At the beginning of my
summer classes off campus, I felt very lonely being away
from my friends....Because of B.R.E.W.,I not only feel
closer to them, I feel much closer to God. B.R.E.W. is a
welcome addition to my Morning prayer time."
