This is a powerful, practical workshop for clergy overdosing on overcommitment.

Clergy learn biblical, doable strategies for eliminating overload, including cultivating leisure, living at a sacred pace, and locating the power in the pause of stillness. The workshop draws upon Dr. Jones’s bestselling books, Rest in the Storm: Self-Care Strategies for Clergy and Other Caregivers and Addicted to Hurry: Spiritual Strategies for Slowing Down.
